Destinations and fulfillment
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States, including Florida. Domestic orders are fulfilled from our Miami location at 2414 NW 20th Street, Miami, FL 33142, United States. Available services and any destination restrictions are shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an item cannot be fulfilled as ordered, we will contact you and provide the available options, including cancellation and a refund.

Checkout shows the applicable options for your order and destination, including any eligible free Economy shipping. All shipping charges are in US dollars. The exact shipping charge, applicable taxes and total order cost are displayed before you pay. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after purchase.
Delivery estimates and carriers
Including processing, estimated delivery is 4–6 business days for Standard and 6–10 business days for Economy. Available carriers may include USPS and UPS, depending on the package, destination and selected service. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, public holidays and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. Any product-specific restrictions or different estimates will be disclosed before purchase.
Tracking and delivery issues
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If a shipment is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and assist with an appropriate resolution.
Local pickup and installation
Pickup can be arranged at our Miami or Hollywood location. Confirm availability at your preferred location and wait for notification that your order is ready before visiting. Professional installation is a separate service; parts and labor are quoted separately.
